Bathrooms :

Ensuite bathroom with 1 shower and 1 basin in each room.
Toilet are in common : 4 WC & basin on bedrooms floor ; 2 WC on studios floor.

Kitchen :

The kitchen has 2 refrigerators plus separate freezer, electric cooker with oven and grill, 2 electric dishwashers, 1 washing-machine, full equipment. Cleaning & ironing equipment in kitchen and cupboard.

Studios :

3 studios on the top floor, view of sea and the old town of Vence, equipped with easels, tables, chairs, fans, basin.

Dining- Room :

The dining area has solid teak dining table, 15 teak chairs with padded seats.

Terrace :

In front of the kitchen, a terrace with barbecue, pergola with light, tables and chairs for 15 persons.

Garden and car park :

Garden with tables, chairs, parasols and deckchairs.
Car park for 4 cars, inside the property.

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:

The house is cleaned before and after each tenancy.
Towels and linen are provided.
